We all know that in today’s day and age, a brand is nothing if it doesn’t have an online presence. And that’s where social media marketing comes in. But doing social media marketing is no piece of cake.

Plus, I’m sure with running a small business, you must find it hard to find time for the more time-consuming aspects of social media marketing. Since you are a small business, you probably don’t have a large team whose sole job is to take care of your different social channels. So, the best way to manage your social media marketing tasks is to use special tools designed for tasks that otherwise take a lot of your time.

4- Feedly:

If you want to do successful social media marketing, you can’t just focus on you and your brand. You may want to share stuff that other people and brands in your niche have shared with their audiences. But it takes a lot of time to find and curate the content that will be interesting to your audience. So, save that time by using Feedly. You can add websites that post interesting content and Feedly will give you updates when they post something new. You won’t have to visit each and every website that you like just to see if they have posted anything new. It will be just like Facebook’s news feed but instead of posts from Facebook pages, you’ll be seeing posts from the websites that you added.

5- LastPass:

When you create multiple accounts on different websites and social platforms, you probably often give the same password to each one of them so that we don’t forget it. But think of the danger you’re putting your accounts in by doing this! What if a hacker gets hold of your password? They could get into all of your accounts and then lock you out. You don’t want that, do you? Well, LastPass is what you need. You just need to fill in LastPass password and username and it will automatically fill all of your details in your accounts log in. It will really be the last password that you will need to remember.


IFTTT stands for IF This Then That. It is what the name suggests. It basically works like this: If a certain thing happens, do a certain task. For example, you post an article on your blog, it will automatically share it on Twitter (if you have set up this option). Really it saves a lot of time and you don’t need to remember to share your post every time you upload it.
